What a wonderful WGI Colorguard Regional Event! Thank you to all of you – we would not have been able to have such a successful event without you. It takes many hands to keep an event like this flowing so well and under such conditions! Thank to all for making it possible.
Please keep Mr Smart and his family in your thoughts. His father passed away and he will be out for a short time. If you have any questions for him, please direct them to Ms. Thomas.
We have another event coming up this weekend – our SCGC Madtown event. We will be hosting Color Guard, Indoor Winds, and Percussion groups for this event.

Uniforms
Just a reminder that everyone should have their concert dress or tuxedo. Please try those on to make sure everything fits correctly.
Students are responsible for any alterations needed and providing their own black hosiery/socks and black dress shoes.
Events Hospitality
To our WGI crockpot & dessert providers…THANK YOU!!! What a wonderful variety of dishes and treats. You made a lot of people very happy! 
Next week, we will host 79 groups at SCGC. Our station will be hoppin’ and we are looking forward to providing our visitors with more good meals. Be on the lookout tomorrow (2/16) for an email that gives logistical info for food drop off and pick up!

Please monitor CutTime for band related fees and payments.
Payments can be made by dropping off checks and/or cash in the band room drop box, ensuring checks have a valid drivers license number, 2 phone numbers, and reference the students name. For cash payments, please ensure one of the directors confirms the cash count on the envelope with the students name.
