CONGRATULATIONS to our guard groups performing at SCGC Championships this weekend – FABULOUS performances for both!

JV had their best run of the year! Varsity took 3rd place!!

Indoor Winds and Indoor Drumline will attend SCGC Championships this coming weekend! Let me know if you are heading up to watch – it’s always fun to see friendly faces in the crowd!

*Disney friends – please wash and return your uniform to the bandroom this week. *

We are in need of help on our board and appointed positions. Serving the band has been one of the most fun things I have done. It’s a great way to get to know the other parents and see the students grow! Please reach out to me if you are interested or if you have any questions!

Open positions: Secretary, Drumline Treasurer, Dance VP/Treasurer, Guard Treasurer, Dance Fundraiser, Student Hospitality, Event Hospitality, Chaperone Lead

Please be mindful of your account balances. We have some expenses we need to get paid but need the funds to do so.

Drumline:

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who helped make our Burgers for the Band event so amazing! From the delicious burgers to the incredible teamwork behind the scenes, it truly wouldn’t have been possible without our wonderful volunteers, families, and supporters.

It was such a joy to connect with our amazing band community and enjoy so many outstanding performances. Seeing our students shine and our community come together is what makes events like this so special.

We are so grateful for each and every one of you—thank you for your time, energy, and support!

Thank you to everyone who ordered and helped with distribution of 89 pork butts Saturday!

Spirit Wear:

Is it time to start thinking about band camp??? If you are in need of new items – check out our new Spirit Store and keep an eye out as items will be rotating!

Event Hospitality:

We are still seeking a lead and small committee to head up Event Hospitality for the 2026-2027 school year! Find a group of fun-to-work-with people and consider jumping into this area. Events are FUN and you will have mentors to assist. This is a critical position to fill and we NEED you!!

Please review your students account and submit payments for any open fees and uniform charges as soon as possible. Please reach out to me if you need to setup a payment plan or have some temporary circumstances that could impact your payment schedule. We are more than happy to accommodate your situation.

CASH PAYMENTS NEED TO BE COUNTED BY DIRECTORS BEFORE BEING PUT IN BOX.

Payments can be made by dropping off checks and/or cash in the band room drop box, ensuring checks have a valid drivers license number, 2 phone numbers, and reference the students name. For cash payments, please ensure one of the directors confirms the cash count on the envelope with the students name.
