Hope everyone is staying warm and dry this weekend! The first weekend of prop building went fabulous – be on the lookout for future opportunities.

Please note the February Booster Parent meeting will be on February 12th IN PERSON and will be followed by a Disney meeting.

Events

We are 3 weeks out from the first competition we’re hosting. The WGI Guard Regionals will take place on Saturday, February 14th. Thank you to everyone who has signed up for volunteer positions. We still need to fill 34 volunteer positions. As a reminder, you MUST work 3 shifts (JV Guard – 2 shifts) during the 3 competitions, along with 1 shift building props or other miscellaneous things that will be posted soon.

Event Hospitality

Treasurer

Account balances:

Please review your students account and submit payments for any open Fall class fees and uniform charges as soon as possible. Please reach out to me if you need to setup a payment plan or have some temporary circumstances that could impact your payment schedule. We are more than happy to accommodate your situation.

CASH PAYMENTS NEED TO BE COUNTED BY DIRECTORS BEFORE BEING PUT IN BOX.

Please monitor CutTime for band related fees and payments.

Payments can be made by dropping off checks and/or cash in the band room drop box, ensuring checks have a valid driver’s license number, 2 phone numbers, and reference the student’s name. For cash payments, please ensure one of the directors confirms the cash count on the envelope with the student’s name.

Event Hospitality

The band is seeking 1-2 volunteers to head up the Event Hospitality Committee for the 2026-2027 school year. As a way to “pass the torch,” successfully, current leads (Amy Walton & Christie Fay) will be available to mentor & advise you as you make this area your own. This is your time to shine!
