The President has general responsibility for the Band Boosters and also acts as a liaison to the Band Directors.

The Secretary tracks student information and keeps the Charms records up to date for all students. Contact the Secretary to update your student information or your own information.

Fundraising:

The Fundraising Committee is responsible for organizing and executing fundraising activities for the benefit of individual student accounts and for the general fund. They are responsible for all fundraisers except Spirit Shop and Concessions, which each have their own committees. Contact the Fundraising Committee with any questions regarding current, planned, or potential fundraisers for the general band program. For fundraisers that are specifically for Guard, Dance Team, or Drumline, contact the individual organization below.

Uniforms:

The Uniform Committee is responsible for distributing uniforms to students, ensuring uniform fit, maintaining uniforms, and helping students and parents care for their uniforms. Contact them with any uniform related questions or issues.

The Chaperon Committee is responsible for ensuring that band activities and trips have sufficient chaperones and ensuring that chaperones understand their responsibilities.

Concessions:

The Concessions Committee is responsible for operating the concessions for all varsity home football games. They are responsible for stocking the concessions stands, organizing and managing the volunteers who operate the stands during the games, and inventory and cleanup of the concession stands after the games to ensure they are ready for the next game.

The Media Committee is responsible for social media and outreach for the band. This includes Twitter, Facebook, assistance with the band web site, liaison with local TV and radio, and other outreach. Contact the Media Committee with information to post or suggestions for community outreach.

The Spirit Store Committee is responsible for ordering, selling, and tracking Spirit Wear and other BJHS Band Spirit items such as car stickers, blankets, etc. Contact the Spirit Store for questions about purchasing Spirit items.

The Logistics Committee is responsible for transport of instruments for band activities, including providing drivers and loading crew for both the large trailer and for the smaller trailer.

The Instrument Committee is responsible for school owned instruments, including ensuring they are properly maintained, tracking leases of instruments to students, and arranging repairs as necessary.
