Sponsorship Opportunities

We appreciate our sponsors! We are now taking applications for sponsorship for the 2025-2026 season. Check outthis year’s sponsors here! Come support the Arts, Music Education, and show our community your pride in these students! Remember – Students receive 25% of all sponsorships to their student account. With this being a trip year – take advantage! Keep the sponsorship coming.

Fundraising Opportunities

PECAN SALES START TODAY! All bags are $15 each with the student receiving $5 per
bag sold. Order form is attached for you to print and start taking orders. Cash or
check made out to BJ band is accepted.
o Money and order forms are due to the band box no later than Monday
November 3!
o Pecans will hopefully come by Thanksgiving but there is no guarantee.
o Please note, we will NOT be selling the following items from the order form:
 12 oz mammoth halves
 Small pecan pieces
 Medium pecan pieces

Kroger Rewards -We would greatly appreciate it if you would allow Kroger to donate to the band. In your account – on a computer click on My Account, then Community Rewards and select Bob Jones Band Boosters. From your phone click on My Account, Rewards, Community Rewards and select Bob Jones Band Boosters.

We have a revolving store! Meaning – your order will be processed in approximately 7 days
from ordering. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pick up at Make it

Volunteer Opportunities

We still have 15 open volunteer slots for our Homecoming game! Even if you’ve already
completed your required hours, we would truly appreciate your help. Homecoming is one
of our busiest nights, and we can’t do it without you — please consider signing up!

Sign up for the next 2 competitions are live. We are looking for one of these volunteers to
pull a trailer. The 25th is just a day commitment but BOA the 31st is a weekend
commitment.

Thanks for all the help with the game Friday! Our next game is at home – please sign up to

Volunteer Credit Status

We’ve had several requests for volunteer credits status. Parents can check their completed shifts directly in SignUpGenius:

Log in to your SignUpGenius account.
Go to Sign Ups → Invited To.
You’ll see a list of all shifts you’ve signed up for.

This will help you determine your current status. I plan to get caught up on shift tracking during Fall Break and will send an update to each family after that.

If you have any specific questions (for example, whether a shift counts as half or full credit, or if your student has credits from another volunteer), feel free to email bobjonesbandvolunteer@gmail.com.
