Lunch and Dessert

Tomorrow during the lunch break, 11:00-1:00, Food Fighters Bustaurant will be here again. They realized that last week they were not prepared for such a large crowd. They will be ready for us tomorrow. A portion of the sales will go to the band.

Also, the Drum Line will be selling snow cones again. They are $3, $4, and $5.

Parents,

Starting on July 18th you can pay your school fees online. The Band Boosters fee can be paid along with your school fees if you choose. This is separate from the class fee. However, if you agree to volunteer twice in the concession stand at the football games there is a $100 discount. There is also a place to make a donation to the band.

Friday is a busy day! Below are important reminders and another opportunity to volunteer.

FRESHMEN will be fitted for uniforms. Even if you were fitted at Rookie Camp, you will need to try your uniform on again. Please bring your lunch.

MADISON BAND SUPPLY will be there Friday from 11-1 to sell shoes, gloves, flip folders and lyres. This is the last day that he will be here.

PICTURES AND PIZZA

Tomorrow at 4:00 the photographer will be here to take group and senior pictures. The kids will stay at the school during dinner break. We will have pizza for them. Cost is $2.

For your uniform — if you have compression gear, wear it. If not, wear something as close to it as possible. (Please do not go buy anything. Photoshop is our friend.)

Bring your shoes and wear white socks. If you do not have shoes, you will wear your tennis shoes to the field and wear white socks for the picture.

VOLUNTEERS

We need 2 more volunteers to help with uniform fittings tomorrow at 10:30-1:00

We need 8 volunteers to help with pictures, uniforms and pizza.

If you have not turned in your order form for your jersey, please turn it in tomorrow.

This is a reminder that during lunch break tomorrow (11am-1pm) all Freshmen will need to be fitted for their uniforms. Even if you were fitted during rookie camp, you will need to try on your uniform again.

In addition, all Freshmen must bring a lunch. No meals will be provided or made available at the school.

Madison Band Supply will be here to try on and order white band shoes. You may also purchase gloves, lyres, flip folders, etc. Madison Band Supply will take cash, check, or credit cards (if using credit cards, you will be charged 5% sales tax). If you do not order shoes this week, there will be a price increase.

During the Lunch break on Wednesday the Food Fightersbuataurant will be here. Their menu includes hotdogs, tacos, pulled pork, french fries, etc. The menu is attached for your information.

This is something new for all of us. If it goes well, they will come back and maybe the word will get out and others will come as well.

Also on Wednesday during lunch and at the 4:00 break, the drum line will be selling snow cones. They will be $3, $4, and $5.

Friday during the dinner break everyone will need to stay at the school for pictures. We have ordered pizza (cheese and pepperoni) from Domino’s. The cost is $2.00. Bring the money by Friday. You will need to provide your own drink.
