Our next booster meeting is next Thursday, April 9, 2015 at 7:00 in the band room. The nominating committee will present the slate of officers for next school and a vote will be taken.  We are going to get a jump start on volunteering for next year. There will be opportunities to sign up to be on committees, work in the concession stand and to chaperone. Angela will have spirit wear available to purchase. We have invited the parents of the up coming freshmen to join us. And there will be refreshments!

Again, if you are interested in chairing or co chairing a committee, please let me know. And we still need someone to manage the website!

Next week, you should be on the look out for information about auditions for next year. We are coming into the 21st century!  Janine will have it set up for us to register online.

After much careful consideration, the booster board has found it necessary to change our booster fee for the fall semester to $350.00 per student. Everyone will pay this amount. In order to receive the $100 volunteer discount you must work in the concession stand two shifts per student. $50 will be credited to your student account upon completion of each shift.

The increase in fee will cover all expenses except jerseys, compression gear, instrument rental fee, and supplies purchased from Madison Band Supply.

The Color Guard and Dance Team will pay $300. The volunteer credit will work the same.
