Dear Parents,

In order to keep everything on the up and up and make Robert of Robert’s Rules of Order happy, we will pass the minutes from the November meeting and the treasurer’s reports from November and December as well as January. We did not meet in December and canceled the meeting in January due to the weather. I sent the reports and minutes to you in January but thought that it might be a good idea to send them again.
