Below are notes from Thursday night’s meeting and other important information.

Communication/Information

Email: You will receive emails from the dictators, me and other committee chairs throughout the year.

BJHS Band Handbook: Everyone should have one, including color guard and dance team. Your CHARMS number is under your name in the upper right hand corner of the cover.

This is usually used for away games to let parents know when to expect the busses to return to the school.

Volunteer opportunities and fundraising were also discussed. That information will be emailed separately.

Uniforms were issued after the meeting. You should have received your uniform in a garment bag with a red pull string bag. In the bag you should find a Band Handbook and compression gear.

There are still shoes that have not been picked up in the band room. Please check the top of the music cabinet.

If you were not able to pick up your uniform you will have the opportunity to do that Monday and Tuesday at 3:45 and 5:30.

Please make sure that you have turned in all of the forms and payments that are due.
